Deloitte Budget 2015
Led the end-to-end design and overnight release of 12 Deloitte Budget 2015 publications for pan-India distribution.

Overview
Budget season is one of the most demanding communication cycles in financial services. For Budget 2015, I led the full design and production workflow for a national release, with planning beginning three months in advance to ensure every publication could be finalized and distributed overnight once the budget was announced.
The Challenge
The project required the design, population, and release of 12 distinct publications within a single night for pan-India distribution. The challenge was not only speed, but also precision. Every piece needed to maintain brand consistency, visual clarity, and production accuracy under extreme time pressure, with no room for delay or inconsistency.
My Role
I managed the project end to end as the sole design lead. This included production planning, template design, asset selection, stakeholder approvals, advance preparation of all core visual elements, and final overnight integration of live content for release.
Design Approach
The key to success was preparation. I created a robust system of flexible, pre-approved templates that could accommodate last-minute content population without compromising quality. This made it possible to move quickly while maintaining a polished and fully branded output across all publications.
For the printed Budget Analysis, I also introduced a more distinctive creative treatment while remaining within strict brand guidelines. The cover featured a perforated design that subtly formed both the letter “D” and a forward arrow, creating a tactile brand moment that suggested movement, progress, and forward thinking.
Outcome
All 12 publications were delivered overnight for nationwide distribution. The project demonstrated strong creative control, production discipline, and the ability to maintain design quality and brand consistency under one of the tightest turnaround windows in enterprise publishing.
